Who am I

I am a double board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in general psychiatry and addiction medicine. I offer a highly personalized, virtual concierge psychiatry practice to adults across California and New York. With a deep commitment to clinical excellence and individualized care, I guide my patients toward achieving optimal mental health, peak performance, and balanced living.

I received my medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed my residency in Adult Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine / Mount Sinai - St. Luke’s / West Hospitals in New York City. I also completed a full-time MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

I currently serve as the Chief Medical Officer for a leading outpatient mental health platform with 25+ care centers in 5 states, driving innovative care delivery models. I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Keck School of Medicine (USC) in addition to teaching at both UCLA and Mount Sinai.

Outside of my clinical practice, I advise a number of leading-edge healthcare and mental health start-ups, share my insights through media appearances and writing, and advocate for mental health awareness.
